It is important to represent the brand as we have portrayed here to ensure consistency and recognisability across all touchpoints. One of our more recognisable brand marks from our near 100-year history, the HBC mark stood for Hill Brush Company and served us well for a number of years. The decision to change to Hillbrush coincided with our growth as a company and move to new premises in 2016. By moving to 'Hillbrush' as a single word, we created a more personable, modern brand and logomark. The removal of the Salmon from the masterbrand allows the business to explore other opportunities in the marketplace. We do however, include the newer Salmon in our logomark in many situations when referring to and advertising Hillbrush.
Salmon® Products is a world renowned trademark, and although we do use the Hillbrush wordmark on its own, we felt it important to keep the Salmon alongside the Hillbrush masterbrand in many situations because it is well known and represents high quality cleaning tools in industrial and domestic environments. The Salmon is not to be used on its own in any situation.
